How can I request an RMA for my camera?

All RMA requests should be submitted through our online support portal located at http://support.arecontvision.com/. To help prevent any delays in processing your RMA request, please contact our technical support team to troubleshoot the camera issue. If troubleshooting has not been performed, our team may ask some basic troubleshooting questions prior to approving your RMA request.

Please make sure to submit the MAC address of your camera, a detailed description of the problem with the camera and any troubleshooting that may have been performed on the issue to prevent any delays in processing your request.
